Noelle Mathieu

Owner, Lash Artist, Licensed Esthetician, AA in Anthropology

Eyes Wide Shut’s owner Noelle Mathieu’s career in the beauty industry began in 1990 as a licensed nail technician. Since then, her passion for beauty led her to working in varied aesthetic venues. Becoming a licensed esthetician in 2001, she was a forerunner in the Orange County, California’s eyelash extension area of expertise in 2005. Owning a salon studio since 2006, Noelle emphasizes the importance of gathering professionals offering signature services in a serene and supportive environment. As owner of the Eyes Wide Shut Beauty Collective, she is excited to introduce the team:

Harlee Gately

Lash Artist, Licensed Cosmetologist, Registered Nurse

Bio: Harlee is a full-time psych nurse, licensed cosmetologist, and lash artist with a passion for helping people feel both cared for and confident. While nursing fulfills her love for supporting others through some of life’s hardest moments, lashes allows Harlee to express her creative side and help clients feel beautiful in a different way. Before becoming a nurse, she spent years in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist, and that passion has never left her. She truly loves the connection and confidence that beauty services can bring. Whether Harlee is caring for patients in the hospital or helping someone leave their lash appointment feeling refreshed and confident, making people feel good about themselves is what fulfills her the most.

Heather Carrick of Perfect Skin OC

Facialist, Licensed Esthetician, BA in Kinesiology

Having struggled with problematic skin for years, she combines her background in massage therapy and education in aesthetics to give you the results you need to feel and look your best. Skinceuticals, a top medical skin care brand, is her trusted secret to achieve prolonged proven results in all her services. Heather offers peels, facials and waxing for all skin types. She also sells Skinceuticals products for home use.

She is experienced with helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. Kirsten’s ultimate goal is to provide a relaxing experience where every client feels welcomed, cared for, and leaves feeling their absolute best.
